I have trouble finding any of Jeff Speakmans good movies on dvd. The only one I can find is Running Red. I personally love this movie and the reviewer has probably not seen this because the plot is completely wrong!
A group of rouge ex-cops are fueling a gang war to keep the LAPD busy while they plan a diamond heist. Thats it. Jeff kills most everyone with kenpo and a gun. End of story. Done very well.
Actually, on eBay, a few of his other movies are on DVD.
I have been waiting for years for The Perfect Weapon to come out on DVD, but no release, apart from some (from what I've read) very poorly done bootlegs.
