Where the hell is 'Bob Gunter' in this movie?

I was looking up the baseball coach from Maximum Overdrive and saw that he is listed in this film as "Ganster Number 2." I have seen Sonatine twice and don't remember EVER seeing a white American character, especially as a gangster :/ Is this a lie? Can anyone point out what part of Sonatine this dude is supposedly in? Thanks its bothering me.
