Not true (although I can understand how that sentiment started).

I had a discussion with a person who had an out-of-body experience after an accident, and he described some of what he saw with amazing recall. Some of Hell's amenities include cold coffee, hard wood chairs, and Taylor Swift "music" piped in without respite. Those who are particularly damned get to hear a duet with Taylor Swift and Stevie Nicks accompanied by Kenny G.
