The greatest romantic comedy of all time.

SPOILERS.

I personally can't think of any other romantic comedies that are better than this.

It isn't a 100% romantic movie, but what makes the majority of it romantic is the concept of romance, not romance itself. Rosie O' Donnell's character said it perfectly "You don't want to be in love, you want to be in love in a movie", only time will tell if Annie Reed and Sam Baldwin's relationship will last, as viewers we never got to see their relationship begin, so what we see for 2 hours is the idea of romance, which is fine because it's an entertaining film.

Sleepless In Seattle is exactly what it says on the tin and then some. It has comedy as well as the thought of romance, so the label of it being a romantic comedy is true and not just a label.

Sleepless In Seattle is a Christmas / New Years movie, but the majority of romantic comedy fans probably watch it all year round.

Firstly -- the movie is considered "romantic comedy," but I honestly did not see comedy. I guess maybe I didn't get the jokes?

I liked Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan, Rosie O'Donnell, and the little boy. The plot just felt dull for me. I found myself yawning more than once.
