Anyone know the name of the girl taht got kidnapped by the thieves

Or whatever they were. When Wong and the friendly official were having a conversation on a rooftop, they confronted a bunch of masked villians who kidnapped an unconscious girl, I'm just curious, if anyone knows her name of what if she was in any other part of the film.
