Crying?

I know this isn't related to 'The Secret Garden', but you seem a friendly bunch on this board, and I hope you don't mind.

I just wanted to know which films people have cried watching. I cry all the time when I'm watching TV (it's when people are dying or permanently leaving that it gets to me), and I was wondering if I was the only one who did. I am now going to try and list the films and TV show that I have cried while watching.

Troy
Henry VIII
Doctor Who (Episode - Father's Day)
Doctor Who (Episode - The Parting of the Ways)
The Secret Garden
A Little Princess
Gone With the Wind
The Lord of the Rings, the Return of the King

I will probably remember some more, but that's all I can think of right now.

Geez, the list of movies I don't cry at would probably be shorter but here are a few: SPOILERS FOLLOW

Forrest Gump (espcially the part when he's visiting Jenny's grave and the birds fly away, and the part when he's telling Jenny about all the stuff he saw when he was running)

Fried Green Tomatoes

Titanic-(The part when the boat is sinking and the old couple is laying in bead together, and the mother or nanny reading to the children.)

The Other Sister--The wedding, especially the part when he has the marching band play "76 Trombones"

Hope Floats--When the father is leaving and the little girl is running after him

The General's Daughter--when you find out what happened to her and how her father treated her.

About Schmidt--at the end when he's reading the letter from the African kid.

"I'm not a weenie, you are the weenie"--Guttirez.

Well it takes a special movie, coz i don't cry over just anything...

The secret garden (at the end: happy ending, happy kids, and then that song)

Mary Poppins ("feed the birds tuppence a bag", cue: boo hoo )

La Vita e Bella/Life is Beautiful (worst thing about this, i started sobbing over this one just as i was walking out of the damned cinema. Which is embarrassing enough, but worse when you're a bloke)

cheers! :-)

Yes to all of the above... especially Life is Beautiful, you keep expecting him to come out and then he doesn't... I'm getting sad thinking about it.
And Joshua (the little boy) being all alone. *tears begin to well in eyes*

must... not .... start... sobbing...

PS Has anyone seen the musical Secret Garden? I just got the CD, the music is good but I haven't see the show itself.

Has anyone seen the new "Lifetime" movie "Human Trafficking" that is the sadest thing that i have ever seen. The sadest part was when that one mom got shot. But i was happy to see that they got that bad guy in the end.

I cry so easily while watching TV that the question I should answer is what DOESN'T make me cry. But my favourite tear-jerkers are Titanic (when Rose jumps from the lifeboat I sob like a baby) Ghost ( when Molly says "Ditto" at the end I usually can't see the screen) and A Little Princess. I think my problem is that I feel so much better once a movie's done if I've cried. And if I start watching a movie expecting it to have a sad ending and it doesn't, I feel almost cheated. Ridiculous, I know.
