DVD release

Ever since I saw this movie I've tried to find it on DVD, but no. But I see that it has been released in the States and not here in Norway, somehing I find very stupid since it's a norwegian film.

Does anybody know if it is going to release DVD soon in the "Norske klassikere"-series or?

Has anyone seen the US release? is it bad? extras, piture quality, unremovable subtitles etc?
