It's just some skin puncture. Hitting your toe looks even more painful than that. I really hoped to see it getting hammered though the cock itself, or at least the shaft... No, you get some skin that's stretched away from the sensitive part and hammered with some puny nails.

Well, there's the "sick" documentery (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120126/) which actually adds some depth into phallic torture. It's more painful, but not that hard to watch. The context makes it an awesome part of the experience that this documentery is.

Awesome flick though, this schramm. I love the vhs aspect. It truly makes the film more realistic and closeby than dvd (or hd) will ever do. The lack of details in the visuals really help to get get ones fantasy going.
