There's no way to get out. Just another revolting, stomach churning scene done for shock value in this garbage film.

Are there any normal non-psychopathic people out there still posting?

Seriously, if you have some kind of cinematic problem with this movie,
why don't you try to gather your ... "thoughts" and put them together
into a statement and express yourself? Why do you have to sound
have addled in the brain?

how did he get out then? And aren't latrines built on ground, as in it's a pit in the ground? Usually when people go in they need ropes to get out. I also googled for that Olek kid, didn't find anything.

I don't have the details, this was something I read when the movie came out lo these many years ago.

And whether it was possible to get in or put would depend on the design of the latrine. Which is not my field.
