You can be considered "legally blind" where your vision is so blurry no pair of glasses will help you, but you do see light.

sharemaybe in general, but the dog was outside at that time. scotty saw/heard him and said "he's down there"...
but i confess i know nothing about a dog's ability to navigate in the dark. the ones in my neighborhood seem to make it work, lol.
