what the hell is a L7 weenie? please help

He is calling him a Square which was an insult. He adds the word weenie which makes it an even worse insult. Watch the way Squints makes his hands when he says it. He makes what was called The L7 with his hands which symbolizes a Square.

He's taking the knife out of the Cheese!
Do you think he wants some cheese?
