How come this wasn't seen by anyone?

How did this do so poorly at the box office? Danny Glover was a star in the early 90's from the Lethal Weapon movies and Matt Dillon was well known too. What happened with this one?

I guess it was not a very appealing film to most people - including Hollywood. And it's unfortunate, because Glover and Dillon deserved, at the very least, a nomination or two for their performances.

Hardly anyone wants to see a movie about homeless people. At least that's Hollywood marketing thinking

I had never heard of until one day I went to the video store and saw it. I thought there was no way Danny Glover and Matt Dillon did a movie together. Great movie! If it weren't for Rosewood and Matt Dillon saying that he liked working with Ving Rhames I don't think that I would like him. I know that it's just a movie, but he was a little too good in that role.
