Quite a contrast in characters which is a reminder to never judge a person by their looks, their situation, their race, their religion or background. The scene of him trying to make a few bucks washing windows and getting verbally assaulted is heartbreaking because he is almost like a kid or a puppy after they've been scolded. The wounds into his soul are very transparent in his eyes, which made him all the more lovable than he already was.
