Does Rudy sleep with that one girl, I think her name is Mary?

I said he doesn't, it's the girl who he says "don't I know you" to during the practice. My friend says he does, I don't have a copy of the movie to go through it. There was some minor sexual tension at best from what I remember.

No he didn't. She is surprised when she sees him in a Notre Dame practice jersey though since she rejected him from the boosters a few years before.

Yes, but it's a bit more than that. She rejected him for the boosters because although he was wearing a Notre Dame jacket and claimed to attend ND, he didn't at that point. He told her he was going to attend ND as a transfer and would be playing football for them, a long shot to be sure.

That's how the complete sequence was written, although I'm sure it was nothing but Hollywood filler.
