2 Things (SPOILERS)

1.) Is it ever even discussed how Johnny feels about abandoning his three children? I mean, that's a bit unusual. Some people can leave their spouses because...well, some people get married multiple times, and love each person differently (if at all). A particular spouse isn't irreplaceable to them. But to just write off your three children?? Isn't that kind of...central?

2.) What kind of bank (like the first one) lets you walk in without ID, put an account number on a withdrawal slip, and close it out? Especially when the account is under a man's name, and you're a woman?
