I think this is a great movie. Did Olympia Dukakis have a cameo as one of Dr. Lamb's groupies at the Mexico hotel?

I don't think so. She's not listed in the "Full Cast and Crew" on this website. Someone looks a little like her, but it's not her. And they did list all the "Fergus Groupies", and she's not there.

Yes, she is Olimpia Dukakis.

Yes, it's uncredited, they only list three of the four groupies in the credits, she's the fourth. Her voice is fantastic and unmistakeable.
