Question (spoiler)

The scene where robocop saves the young girl in the red light district "she's like, I need the money, my dad lost his job etc, and the 2 OCP soldiers say "yeah we have lots of money etc" ...my question....

Is that little motorbike with side cart the 2 OCP soldiers were riding in a reference to nazi germany or their vehicles? I read this board a while ago and some people are say OCP are like nazis and in nazi movies you see this little motorbike with sidecart? I'm not use to seeing this vehicle in other movies, hence my question. Its merely an observation.
