Boring!

I have sort of a trauma with this film. I rented it in around 1996 because it looked somewhat interesting and it had Sean Connery in it. There are many movies that Sean Connery managed to save by just being there. It was so dull that I never managed to finish it.

Now 17 years later, older, wiser and feeling very energetic I decided to give it another go. With brakes between, it took me four hours to watch it. This one takes the life out of you. The basic plot of this film is Sean Connery and Wesley Snipes going to different locations while Connery cracks up this endless list of japanese philosophies and Snipes doesen't look impressed. There is also a lot, too much, of watching security cam video from which Tia Carrere always manages to dig up new, high resolution details.

I'll never watch it again.
