Do you think Lt. Col. Sinclair sabotaged Col. Reynolds' acid projectiles

Does anyone think that Sinclair sabotaged the experiment? She was DEFINITELY jealous that the Pentagon went with Reynold's approach over hers. Preliminary tests showed positive results. Am I onto something?
