I saw this ONCE on UPN when I was little

I'm now 17 going on 18 and I was maybe 5 or 6 when I saw this on TV on (now-defunct) UPN.

I vaguely remember this but I do remember a robot toy that yodels, a boy named Randy, and Randy being on a baseball team.
