Wtf is that?!

Everytime I watch this, well. . . The MST3K version, the "I'm coming!" not only am I laughing myself sick, I'm also extremely confused.

What the hell is going on there?

After a thorough scientific evaluation of the "coming scene" I can only guess that the man is engaging in an elaborate form of onanism.
