Question for anyone who already has Psycho Cop Returns on DVD

Sorry if this is 5 months late, but I don't own the DVD, but seeing that the DVD was released by Moonstone Entertainment, I highly doubt it has Subtitles or Closed Captioning. Plus I also already know that the DVD is cut. The original VHS which was released by Columbia TriStar Home Video, might be closed captioned though.

UPDATE: The Columbia VHS is also edited as well. The Canadian VHS from Alliance is uncut, though I'm not sure if it's closed captioned or not.
