I am 99% sure he is walking with Ray Griffith's entourage when Ray leaves them to go interrupt Autumn and Darnell on their tour. He is the last guy in the group wearing warm-up pants and a backwards hat and he stairs Halle Berry down.
Remember he was with Halle Berry at the time.
I never noticed that until I saw your post on here, I just watched it and had to go back to that part and your rite, it looks just like him and it has to be him because he was dating Halle berry at that time, I ant believe nobody commented to you about this either it's been 6 years since you posted this
