When I was 4-8, my routine practically every weekend was renting this movie from the convience store, and watchng it while eating a pack of lovehearts! I also used to wear a necklace around my forehead so I could be likethe girl in the film :)

Same here. I just stumbled across this movie on DVD and couldn't believe it. I still remember watching it as a kid.

i love this movie so much i just dont understand why the movie never was a succes and why so many people are complaining about it. it has a amazingly deep and beautiful story and amazingly detailed and beautiful animation and has great characters especially froglip he's my favorite. :) and a amazingly beautiful and truly unforgettable song. how could anyone who watched the movie forget froglip or the song? i just dont understand it, how could it not have been a succes??? i watched it since i was 11 years old and fell in love with the movie and froglip and would love to own a froglip plush or a turnip plush. does anyone agree with me?
shareI just watched this movie for the first time and I really liked it. I think maybe some people were put off by the style of the animation, perhaps? It reminded me of Wizards (1977), and this movie is almost 15 years older! Still good, though.
