A silly premise

Supposedly there exists a secret government agency that does the most unconstitutional thing of hijacking convicts sentenced to death, thus interfering with the criminal justice system and denying the victims of the crime their satisfaction. Also, the movie portrays death sentence as something which is carried out immediately after judge's ruling. In reality, the convict could wait 10-20 years on the death row before the actual execution.
