Watch the scene where she is lying on her bed in her underwear, and Bob comes in and talks to her. She is toying with him, and the effect is obvious. His voice almost breaks when he talks to her, and he even moves away fom her a little bit in order to try to compose himself.
Also in the end. he asks for the Nina Simone album. JP asked Bob if he liked Nina, of course meaning Nina Simone. Bob answers that he LOVED Nina, probably talking about Claudia.
There are lots of clues like that. The question is if Claudia actually loved Bob as well. Maybe?

I think it's that she toys with him... but he becomes a father figure for her... she loves him... but in a daddy way... she just toys with him cause she's smokin hot and likes to push boundaries and blur lines.
