Andrew was a cheater, he cheated on his loyal boyfriend Miquel and had sex with someone else. He could have given Miguel aids.

So he is responsible for his plight. Perhaps he should have shown responsibility in alerting his employers to his contracting of a deadly disease. Had he been up-front with them, they might at least have arranged a suitable benefits package or offered to assist him with medical costs. He'll never know because he made a mistake and tried to hide it.

Oh I thought tat too. But to be honest, he really suffered for it. Really suffered. His partner was a SAINT for staying with him.

What makes you think that Miguel was a saint who never cheated?

What makes you think that they might not have had an open relationship?

What makes you think that Andrew hadn’t already confessed years ago and Miguel had long forgiven him?

These are all unknowns, and possibilities that you would realize existed if you had an open mind.
