Saw a lot of the later Perry Mason films, but this is one that I might not have seen back then. So it was a pleasant surprise to find a clip on Youtube. Can't wait for the rest of the later ones to come out and I can watch them again.

So for any one who got a chance to see it, what did you guys think of it?

I really got a kick out of seeing Perry kissing Della (don't think it was the first time though, I just think it was the first time that they did so in public.) It was so cute. The whole scene made it in my opinion. It fit so well. And given the hints we had over the course of the series and the films, (imo) those two were at least dating. Especially loved the banter and the chemistry in this scene though, it really stood out.

I'm wondering if that kiss wasn't also between the two actors, not a romantic kind but one of deep friendship as, IIRC, Raymond Burr was not in the best of health and only had one more of these movies before passing away.

Very good point! I kind of view it that way too. They were such good friends in real life that it lends itself to both the original series and the movies as well.
