Agree. This is boring, predictable tripe. No Retreat, No Surrender is a worse film but is better. Explanation: that one at least had some entertainment value with its richly cheesy scenes and atrocious acting while this one is just a forgettable snoozer.

I have to agre with the this movie sucked argument.

It was nice to see a film about capoeira, heck one with a sound budget and from 20th Century Fox no less. Started out with promise, but it got worse as it went. The fights were poorly choreographed, the plot devolved into some tired safe nonsense, and by the end of the movie the good music was replaced with a song from the Troll 2 parts bin.

I enjoyed it,Mark Dacascos was awesome and I thought the story was pretty good
