who is the jamaican dude that was the older brother of the one black kid and partner with the other kids older bro? he looks familiar... anyone know what else he was in?

Are you meaning the Jamaican with the dreads and goatee that Louis beats up in the schoolyard? If so, his name is Jeffrey Anderson-Gunter.

The only things I can remember him in off the top of my head is as a cab driver in Naked Gun 3, and a henchman in Marked For Death.
