Guy throws glass bottle in the road

Remember when the dudes in the red car zoom by and one of then throws the bottle in the road? I don't know why, but I kind of thought that scene was cool(even though I did NOT like the idea of them littering). I wish they would have more scenes with those guys, or other people in cool, fast cars.
