Preachy or Funny? Take Your Pick

I remember seeing "The Odd Couple: Together Again" when it aired in 1993--quite frankly, I found it preachy rather than funny.
"The Odd Couple" was funny because of the hilarious personality conflicts between Felix and Oscar, which was missing in this movie--I do NOT recommend it.
