I've heard talk that Tim Burton or somebody wanted to make a sequel but the style or animation style they were going to do it was going to be completely different from the first, so Burton said no, or somebody didn't go through with it. Has anybody heard anything on this?
shareYeah, Disney wanted to make a sequel to it but Tim Burton said no. He did the right thing. He felt the movie was complete which i agree. Most sequals don't live up to the Original. I glad he said no to Disney. I heard that he's close to making a sequel to Bettlejuice.
shareI'm relieved Burton said no as well. The magic of the original is in its 'purity' as he said and he doesn't want it stripped of that. When I want more of it, I can just re watch or play the soundtrack. Never gets old. :) There is a video game, however, that can help hold people over if they want new elements to the story.
