Looking for a song!!??

Help!!! There is a song playing when Sam wakes up and finds Pastel in the apartment with Shep. "So what do I do with the thought of you..." are some of the lyrics. It's also the last song that plays at the end of the movie.

I can't find it anywhere. Can't figure out what song it is from the list at the end of the movie.

Help!!???

Ya Kid K -- "Come back home." I bought Ya Kid K's album just for this song. Good song.
