B/W movie they go to see?
I have a lingering memory of this film, a scene where Anabella Sciorra takes the guy to the cinema to see an arthouse b/w movie. I always wanted to know what that movie was. Can anyone enlighten me?
shareI watched half of this last night and read a select few non-spoiler posts including this one.
Did some Googling, including the sole name mentioned in the B&W film's subtitles (Katye) and came up with nothing.
The BW film looked to me like it was not old, which made me wider if it was just a "movie" the made up for yhst theatre scene. The fact that there is nothing in the end credits about an existing movie or thanks to another studio for use of the BW film, I believe supports my "they just made it up" theory.
I never knew this film existed until yesterday. Liked it a lot and it is way underrated here on IMDB at 6.0. I'm rating it a 7 and would got 7.5 if we could give half-scores.
