Even though it's one of his lesser known films, I feel that it's one of his best films and best performances. He plays the ordinary, put upon guy better than anyone else I can think of.

Even though I am replying many years too late, I also really appreciated his performance in this movie. Especially when he yells "INGAAAAAA!" LOL.
It was an interesting plot and I enjoyed the different energies that the roommates brought to the apartment.
"We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here and we want them now!"
One of his best lines: "You just committed the single cruelest act since they shot Babar's mom."
