Does anyone have a clue where in London this film was shot?

Louise's flat is on St Mark's Rise in Dalston, E8 (you can see the street sign at the start of the film) - the scene where Johnny is stomping down the street and Sophie is running after him was shot just round the corner on Kingsland Road, near the shopping centre (they walk past a branch of Currys, which is still there I think).

Some of the night-time scenes - the bits with Brian and the flyposter - could have been shot in any run-down part of North or East London, though. A few of the shots look like they're set in Kings Cross or the general Pentonville/Caledonian Road area of Islington, but it's hard to say for certain - no idea where Brian's office building is supposed to be.
