I really liked this movie, but something had me wondering.
Apparently Amanda is going to be on the Tonight Show, but they never specifically say why. Are we to assume she's a comedienne or something of that nature? They didn't give any other hints as to her profession.
I think she was delusional.

Absolutely. You do get that way when manic. You actually believe something is happening that totally makes sense to you, and meanwhile everyone else sees a crazy person.
She didn't need to kill herself. She had Elizabeth's number and could have called her at any time. I think she was very, very afraid of her parents.
A shame. She was a cute smart girl.
