Let me first say that I enjoyed this movie. It wasn't great, but it was decent. HOWEVER, if this movie had been made a serious drama and not a comedy then I think it could have been brilliant. A great cast and a great story all for "nothing".
shareWell, in a way, it has already been made as a drama. Check out the movie A Simple Plan. That should give you a good feel as to what this movie would look like as a drama.

Excellent point. "A Simple Plan" is the dramatic flip side of this film. Actually, they would make an interesting double bill.
shareI saw the movie,and it was pretty good---it's funny, but not "ha ha" funny like your typical comedy---it's actually more closer to a drama than most people might think,with some funny moments.
