not the worst for a TV movie

Linda Gray, Joseph Burke, Jamie Luner and Louis A. Lotorto are the loving Moffitt family who live in Portland, Oregon. After Mr. and Mrs. Moffitt's divorce, trouble starts. Daughter, Diana (Luner) meets AJ (Antonio Sabato Jr.) at a dance and they start a relationship even though Mrs. Moffitt knows that AJ is bad news and he does turn out to be. He seduces her into a world of prostitution and starts abusing her and eventually murders her. He pretends he played no part in it even though Mrs. Moffitt knows the truth (How? She just knows) and because of that, she gets information from another one of AJ's prostitutes, April (Alanna Ubach) who was also a friend of Diana's from a strip club that Diana once worked at so she can capture AJ.
