I could care less if Diana wasn't that much better than he was, all I care about is the abuse he was giving her and that somebody should have stepped in and done something about the San Diego clothing store incident.

If nobody witnessed the incident, there was nobody who could do anything. And if Diana refused to press charges, nothing could be done.
