Yeah. I saw half of it, but I know that the adoptive father only wants the little girl that is born and both babies which are faternal twins and they a boy and girl. Why was that? And did Patty and her husband Jim i think, did they keep the baby boy? or did the boy go to a foster home?

They kept the baby boy and eventually got custody of the girl as well.

the surrogate and her husband kept the boy and eventually got custody of the girl...the couple who wanted a baby girl to go with the 3 boys they already had, the mom had life threatening medical problems and she could not handle 1 extra child
....though, if both had been girls they would have taken both...according to the newspaper article I read
