Changed Title of film in different countries?

I seem to remember that this film has a different title in Britain than it has in the US. Does anyone know what are the titles it has been marketed under?
I have looked on ebay.co.uk with Scott Bakula/Robert Loggia searches in the past but it seems it is a somewhat rare commodity.

I found it on VHS by doing a yahoo search for Mercy Mission. To my knowledge, sadly it never was produced on DVD.

So many of the TV movies of this type are never produced and we are lucky to catch a re-run on one of the movie channels.

In German the title is "SOS über dem Pazific".
That means SOS over the Pacific.
