What movie is this from?

It's a ghetto movie like Menace. There is a scene where the main characters get car jacked and the one in the driver seat looks at the guy with the gun and says "No, I ain't going out like that."

I could have swore it was Menace to Society but I just watched it again and that part wasn't in it.

It is in Menace, when Harold gets killed and Caine gets shot in the shoulder.

In the car-jacking in Menace, Caine gets out and Harold nervously goes for his gun and then gets shot. In the movie I'm thinking of, the driver calmly looks at the car-jacker and says "I ain't going out like that."

Could it be a different version I saw; I have heard there are two different cuts.

I also seem to remember when Caine gets in the fight near the end, with the guy who ends up killing him, where he pulled out his gun and told him to put his teeth on the curb and then smashes him head. That wasn't in it either. I guess that must have been a different movie. Do you know what movie that was?

the "curby" you're thinking of might be from "American History X". Just a guess, but that's the only movie I've seen with a scene like that.
