It's just an instrumental piece, but it stands out in such stark contrast to the rest of the soundtrack.

Is it originally composed for this movie or something else altogether?

It's an instrumental made specifically for the movie by QDIII. It's not available anywhere, trust me I've searched long and hard for it. I've even contacted QDIII about it, and he won't release it to anyone.
