Did the TV Tropes make a mistake or did I miss something? (Mild spoilers)

TV Tropes site revealed that at the end of this movie, after being in a hospital, the wife gets arrested by police at the end, but I saw the movie several times and at no point whatsoever was it implied that the wife was arrested at the end for beating her husband, I thought that what happened was simply - at the end, they walked away and managed to divorce themselves from each other, there was no implication that she was arrested at the end.

Or did I miss something?
