Anyone know the cartoon Jed Hill is watching in the locker room after the surgery when the other doctor comes in and tells him it was a good ovary? It looks like a human trying to shoot his way out of the arms of a giant octopus.

Something about the animation makes me think Fist of the North Star... but that is pure speculation.
The credits mention Lensman, and the early sci-fi author Doc E.E. Smith. So the animation is probably from http://imdb.com/title/tt0213353/ or some other Lensman show.
