Just watched this in my Producing class and thought this movie was hilarious. I was surprised to see the lack of votes and activity on the boards. I figured this movie would have been a little more popular. I think more film professors should show this movie in their classes.

It stuns me that this movie isn't better known--it apparently got very little release even at the time it was made. It's right up there with Spinal Tap as one of the best 'mockumentaries' ever.
shareIt's awesome and hilarious. I love how pretentious the producer and director are, sure that they're making an 'epic' film. And then it tanks and becomes a cult classic a la Rocky Horror, and they both pretend that's what they intended all along... :P
