Is this the movie I am thinking of?

I saw a movie in the early 90's and I think this is it. Hopefully someone can help me.

A middle-aged married man starts up an affair with a much younger woman named Anne-Marie. He decides he owes it to himself to go for happiness. So he dumps his wife and moves in with Anne-Marie in this cute little house. Anne-Marie wears a loose fitting gauzy bathrobe. She is energetic and free-thinking. His whole family is bummed of course. I forget whether or not he comes to regret his decision to leave his wife and family. For some reason, I seem to recall that I related more to the married man's character than any of the others, although I am a female. He seemed kind of selfish in putting himself first and to heck with his family. Maybe I wished I could be more like him! :-)

For anyone who has seen "The Lotus Eaters" is this the movie I am trying to name?

Yep, that's the one..
I bought a VHS of it on ebay and got it in the mail today.
Just finished watching it.
Good film. Well worth the $3US or whatever it was..
It seems to have been pretty much forgotten..
Never released on DVD. No idea why. It should be.
