No need for a petition now, a 2 disc DVD set was finally released on 4th Oct. Just ordered a copy!
I've now finally got around to watching the DVDs and can report that they play fine on my US Pioneer Blu-ray player, which should be good news for potential buyers not in a Region 2 area. The picture quality is very good and the stereo sound perfectly fine. Louise, Kym and Carrie all look mighty fine! ;-)
